The hardest part about making a “simple” recipe is finding the proper ingredients at Pupukea Foodland. Chow Fun noodles do not double as flat rice noodles, but fresh eggs via our hens Cookie and Brownie were a nice touch. The best part is I made dinner and lunch at the same time! When you’re a kid, leftovers sucked ass, but now I love em’.
