The Wonder Year, part of the Hawaii International Film Festival, screens Friday October 14th at 8:30p at the Dole Cannery.

Been a few years since I watched Manda Bala, but I’m kind of itching to see it again. Not as nuts as City of God… it’s waaaay more nuts. Next time you’re bitching about life, be thankful this dude isn’t stuffing your ass into a trunk at gunpoint.
Finally got around to watching War Photographer this weekend. James Nachtwey is a bad ass. Highly recommended for anyone interested in photojournalism.
