Headed down to Encinitas tomorrow for the west coast premiere of Keith Malloy’s Come Hell or High Water, which screens at the La Paloma Theater at 8 p.m. Tickets will be available at the box office on Friday, and the doors open at 7 p.m. All torpedo people are encouraged to attend.
